The Homa Hotel Group currently owns five hotels in major tourist, religious, and commercial cities in Iran, including Tehran, Mashhad, Shiraz, and Bandar Abbas. These hotels cater to the growing demand in the tourism market, offering accommodations, reception services, sports, and recreational activities at international standards, playing a pivotal role in the country's hospitality industry. The group was established with the aim of developing and providing accommodation and reception services that meet global standards.

Continuing to differentiate ourselves from competitors and enhancing service quality, developing communication strategies, utilizing modern marketing methods, revenue management, improving hotel facilities and equipment, incorporating technology and smart hotel systems, and completing ongoing projects and standardizing hotels are key parts of our plan.
We believe that the cost of acquiring a new customer is at least five times higher than retaining current customers. Therefore, in modern marketing, rather than focusing on a product portfolio, we should focus on a customer portfolio.
We aim to consider the role of knowledge and intangible assets in formulating, executing, and evaluating strategies, with a particular focus on Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Undoubtedly, improving the welfare and living conditions of staff, as well as increasing hotel-related training for colleagues, will have a significant impact on hotel occupancy rates and guest satisfaction.
Our policy is to promote Iranian Islamic hospitality, rejuvenate the tradition of Iranian hospitality, plan for the development of human capital, improve hotel service quality, maintain hardware quality, keep technology up-to-date, enhance the Homa Hotel brand, and increase market share.
