✔️ The extraordinary general assembly of the Homa Hotels Group was held, and the financial statements for the fiscal year 2023 and the board's performance report were approved and endorsed by the assembly's presidium and shareholder representatives (HEGTA).
✔️ According to the Public Relations of the Homa Hotels Group, on Saturday, September 1, 2024, at 2:00 PM, with the presence of shareholder representatives, board members, and other guests, the extraordinary general assembly of the Homa Hotels Group took place.
✔️ The meeting began with the recitation of verses from the Holy Quran and the playing of the national anthem of the Islamic Republic of Iran, followed by a 5-minute teaser introducing the Homa Hotels Group for the attendees.
✔️ The assembly was officially inaugurated with speeches by Saeed Yavarpour, CEO and Vice Chairman of the Board, and Morteza Neryamani, President of the Assembly.
✔️ Afterward, the auditor's report was read by a representative of the Audit Organization, and Saeed Yavarpour, CEO of the Group, provided detailed explanations on the discussed topics.
✔️ Then, a report on the board's activities over the past year in the previous fiscal year was presented.
✔️ Following this, Amir Khalil Sanjani, Chairman, and Hossein Dastan, Board Member, gave additional explanations regarding the aforementioned report to the assembly.
✔️ At the end, Yavarpour, the CEO, along with several managers and staff members of the group, visited the newly renovated 9th floor, which had completed its renovation and returned to the sales cycle, with assembly members accompanying them on the visit.
✔️ It is worth mentioning that the renovation of this floor has been completed, and it has returned to the sales cycle.
✔️ The assembly members expressed their appreciation for the efforts of the board members, CEO, deputies, managers, especially the management and personnel of the financial department, and other relevant colleagues. They expressed satisfaction with the round-the-clock efforts of colleagues that resulted in the return of the 9th floor of Homa Hotel Tehran to the sales cycle after a brief hiatus.
✔️ It is worth noting that the renovation of the 7th and 8th floors is in its final stages and will be ready for use in the coming weeks.
