The Homa Hotels Group, with its five 5-star (garden) hotels, is considered one of the main pillars in Iran's tourism and hospitality industry. With over 800 accommodation units in the cities of Tehran, Mashhad, Shiraz, and Bandar Abbas, the group is a primary destination for both Iranian and international travelers.
The Homa Hotels Group was founded on August 15, 1972. After the victorious Islamic Revolution, it was renamed Iran Hotels Group, and later changed to Homa Hotels Group due to its transition to Homa Airlines. In 2012, the group’s shares were fully transferred to the Social Security Organization, which currently holds 100% ownership of the Homa Hotels Group.
